Job Title: General Worker-Crate Washer
Job Summary of Crate Washer:
The General Worker-Crate Washer’s job responsibility is to execute full- and on-time daily targets in the Production Department and the bulk plan. Ensuring the integrity of the product is never compromised. Upholding corporate policies, keeping things clean and hygienic, and maintaining high-quality products are among the essential duties. A minimum qualification of grade 12 or its equivalent, production experience, and the capacity to function in a high-pressure setting are requirements. Teamwork, communication, leadership, problem-solving abilities, and continual progress are important outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- To maintain a high-quality product in the Production Department.
- Maintain high housekeeping standards at all times.
- General worker-crate washer must be able to adhere to all Company rules and procedures.
- Planned maintenance of assigned assets.
- Administration and record control.
- SOPs, hygiene and housekeeping.
- Food Safety.
- Health & Safety.
Qualification Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Experience Requirements
- Related Production experience advantageous

Other Requirements
- The General worker-Crate washer must be able to work shifts in a pressurized environment.
- Secondly required to work Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
